The CBBC star - who is partnered by Carlos Gu on the show - has been in the dreaded dance off for the last two weeks and though she has been saved by the judges ahead of Tyler West and Kym Marsh, she admitted her confidence has taken a knock.

She told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: "I was feeling nervous being in the bottom two again.

"Sunday can be really deflating and it can be hard to get your confidence back. But you have to find a way to dust yourself off and get back up."

The former 'Britain's Got Talent' contestant knows no one on the show is "safe", no matter how good a dancer they are.

She said: "I was close to Tyler and we spent a lot of time together.

"I miss him being part of the competition.

"The hardest thing is, he did a great dance and still went home.

"That's the thing now - no one is safe. Even if you're a good dancer, you're still in danger."

One of the toughest aspects Molly has found about taking part in the show is that "everyone has an opinion", but she's trying to block out external voices.

The 22-year-old beauty said: "Everyone has an opinion on 'Strictly' and everyone is a judge, which can be quite hard.

"I've had to learn not to look at all the comments and just focus on myself and the dance.

"There have been so many more positive comments than negative, but it's easier to focus on the negative ones if you're not careful."
