There hasn't yet been a full trailer given for the second season of The Flash, but a micro-sized 11 second promotional clip has now been revealed and is full of interesting little tidbits.
Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) is seen briefly, who's presumably going to be building up his own story arc in preparation for his leading role in DC's Legends of Tomorrow.
Fans also get their first glimpse of Atom Smasher (Adam 'Edge' Copeland) as well as an interesting looking Flash-signal - could the show really be ripping off Batman?

Premiering on Tuesday, October 6 on The CW in the US, The Flash's second season will be followed the day after by Arrow's fourth season premiere and DC's Legends of Tomorrow next year.
