NOTE: Spoilers

Trish clashed with Lindsey / Credit: CBS

Next week will see the two Survivor tribes merge in a 6-5 balance. Sure, it's a little unfair at this point, but producers can do whatever the heck they want, as we've been reminded in past seasons.

After Cliff was kicked to the curb by his tribe and Tony's master plan, Lindsey wasn't happy one bit, and when Trish addressed her returning to the camp (without an inch of malice or nastiness), Lindsey immediately jumped down the throat of the woman she'd been taunting and talking trash about since day one.

She then went on to flip it against Trish so that she looked like the bad person, and sulked, walking into the dark distance in just a bikini top and bottoms.

It was when Jeff Probst came out of the bushes, like an extra in the Lost pilot when the audience at home knew something was going down. Lindsey wanted to leave, because she didn't want her daughter to watch her on television flipping out at Trish. She's fine with her daughter seeing her pick at Trish's weight and looks, though.

So, Lindsey whined and complained and ultimately quit the game, leaving Woo to fend for himself (which he did expertly, fusing into the rest of the tribe instantly), and the episode got off to a crazier start than many.

With the wasted casting spot gone from action, the reward challenge saw the two tribes come together for the first time since both departures, leaving many shocked at what had gone down.

Solana however managed to prove that at five strong they were closer than ever, beating Aparri and winning the right to send two of their members to the Aparri settlement to perform a camp 'raid'.

Tony's cogs started spinning the moment he saw they'd received an immunity clue as well as the chance to steal some Aparri goodies, and he formed a plan to put a target on Jeremiah's back with one quick and easy move.

In front of the entire tribe, Tony lied and said that he and Woo were given the opportunity to choose one member of Aparri to give an immunity idol clue to, and that person was Jeremiah. He took him aside, told him to read the clue, but then made sure it was given back to them so that the other members couldn't read it and figure out Tony's plan.

Jeremiah worked out what was going down in super quick time, but the rest of his tribemates didn't seem willing to believe him because of the lies he's told already in the game.

Going into the immunity challenge, all eyes were on Jeremiah and so when Solana once again took the win, it seemed a dead cert for him to be sent packing.

Tony up until this point had been solid. Every move he had made was perfect. Then he started shouting "Final 5 baby, final 5!", and his former cop partner was not happy. She realised she was no longer a part of his crew, and decided it was time to start afresh. Not a good move, Tony!

Alexis was sent home / Credit: CBS

In the end, the Aparri tribe decided that it was actually Alexis (who is she, again?) who is most likely to flip once the merge comes around, and sent her home by a vote of 6 to 1. The tears flowed, but did anyone at home really care? She hadn't done much, let's be honest.

Next week comes the merge, and it looks like Sarah gets to decide how everything is going down. After Tony's immunity challenge bellowing, we're hoping it hasn't ruined his chances completely of reeling in his fellow cop once more.
