NOTE: Spoilers

Last week seemed to be the big turn around for the Brains tribe. They were moving on from their streak of losses and it was actually down to the Beauty tribe to eliminate one of their own.

Disappointing it is then to go into this episode with a little expectation that their spirits would be lifted and game pushed farther than before, just to see them picking up where they left on and being beaten in back to back reward and immunity challenges - the latter of which half a tribe were trying to throw.

It was Sarah from the Brawn tribe that so desperately wanted to go to tribal council and get rid of Cliff, after the greatest player this season so far Tony planted the seed he was campaigning to remove her from the game at the earliest opportunity.

In trying to convince Woo on her team that getting a loss on purpose would be the best thing to do, she pushed the fact that Cliff will already have a nice amount of money sitting in his account and it's their time to shine. He seemed to agree - but later on in the immunity challenge, didn't deliver.

It was actually only Trish and Sarah who seemed to want to lose - Tony wasn't actually ever told about the plan - and so even when doing their worst, they still weren't as bad as the J'tia-hindered Brains tribe.

That girl sucks at challenges. She's a brilliant character, but winning just isn't something she can do. Her tribe finally decided that it was time she was sent packing - because Spencer's actually quite good - and so she was eliminated by a unanimous vote.

Next week's preview shows Jeff utter the words everybody either loves or hates to hear: "Drop your buffs."

The shakeup could see alliances crumble. Surely the three tribes will become two (seven on each side), rather than a 14-strong single community where everybody's fighting for individual immunity? Then again, curveballs are Jeff's favourite thing to throw, and so anything's possible.

So long as Tony, LJ and Kass sit pretty until at least the jury phase, I'm good. I'll predict Jeremiah for next week's boot following Alexia's concern over his trustworthyness, but it all comes down to where the chips fall and who ends up with one another if there's more than one united tribe.
