Michelle’s (Kym Ryder) feeling uneasy about Ryan’s (Ben Thompson) fears that he’s being followed and when he runs into the pub petrified after the stalker has stopped the car and addressed him by name, she's deeply distressed. Liam (Rob James- Collier) races out but is too late to catch the driver, leaving Michelle beside herself with worry. Who is the man and what does he want with Ryan?Sarah (Tina O'Brien) has apologised to Jason (Ryan Thomas) for not believing him about Becky (Katherine Kelly), but he's angry at her lack of trust and won’t be sweet-talked round. Meanwhile, as Gail (Helen Worth) tries to comfort Sarah about Jason, David (Jack P Shepherd) comes in and Sarah explodes. Gail orders her to back off before asserting that the two of them cannot live under the same roof and she’s not prepared to throw David out after what happened last time. She suggests since Sarah and Jason are now married they should look to find a place of their own. Sarah's incredulous and despite her protestations, Gail is resolute. Where will Sarah and Jason go?Jim (Charles Lawson) arrives at the cab office, with no shoes after his suitcase was stolen at the hostel. Steve (Simon Gregson) feels terrible that his dad hasn’t got the money to move out of the hostel and struggles with himself over whether or not to give him a job. He suggests to Lloyd (Craig Charles) that they employ Jim as Streetcars' valet. Can Jim be trusted not to cause any trouble? How will Liz feel when she finds out?Elsewhere, Paul (Tom Hudson) confesses to a furious Jack (William Tarmey) that he’s taken a loan out in his name, but assures him that he’s on top of it and will pay it back. Jack’s unconvinced and Tyrone (Alan Halsall) is smug as he tells Jack he knew that Paul couldn’t be trusted, but reluctantly agrees not to tell Vera. Also, Liam (Rob James -Collier) asks a delighted Maria (Samia Smith) to move in with him.
