Furious, Lexi (Sally Oliver) gatecrashes Chas's (Lucy Pargeter) date with Ross (Samuel Anderson). Chas apologises but when Ross says he didn’t make any promises to either of them, she cottons on that he’s been seeing Lexi too. Outraged that Lexi’s also lied, Chas throws a drink in her face. Chaos descends and the police arrive. Will the girls get off with a caution or do they face spending the night in a cell together? Meanwhile, Turner (Richard Thorp) accuses Ashley (John Middleton) of feeling guilty and reveals that somebody told him that Ashley knew the tiles were loose. Ashley jumps to conclusions that Greg (Shaun Prendergast) has been spreading gossip and confronts him. When Laurel (Charlotte Bellamy) arrives and hurriedly tells Ashley that Viv’s (Deena Payne) the guilty gossip. Ashley is shame-faced. Will Greg forgive Ashley?Elsewhere, having receipt of one of Donna’s (Verity Rushworth) police jackets, Eli (Jospeh Gilgun), Zak (Steve Halliwell) and Shadrach (Andy Devine) get ready to go out and about collecting on the spot fines from unsuspecting members of the public. They take to a main road and Zak covers a 60mph with a 50mph sign and Shadrach sits in the van with an old camera which has a flash. Seeing their first victim Shadrach activates the flash and Zak alerts Eli that the driver is about to approach his position. Will the Dingles pull off a lucrative scam or wind up in trouble with the police once more?
