The Ashworths are in turmoil after Rhys (Andrew Moss) and Beth's departure, in particular Hannah (Emma Rigby), who finds herself slipping back into her old ways. Carmel (Gemma Merna) is thrilled when Calvin (Ricky Whittle) suggests that they have a party to celebrate their engagement. Back at home Calvin is horrified by Sasha's (Nathalie Emmanuel) desperate outburst. Danny (David Judge) bites the bullet and calls round to see Hannah. After sharing an intimate moment with Danny, Hannah is brought back down to earth with a bump when she hears the heartbreaking news of the accident.
