The pair got engaged on 25th March 2013 and announced it over Twitter.

They married in Babington House in Somerset on 10th September 2013.
Green revealed in an interview that the couple started going to couples counselling. The singer said that they both saw the same top psychologist together and apart.
"Sometimes it's easier to understand things when they come from the person who is completely removed from the situation. It's one of the most constructive things I do in my life," he told The Sun. (www.mirror.co.uk)
Green and Mackintosh announced their separation on 20th February 2016.
