According to the ad, the right candidate should be "flexible, hands-on and capable of multitasking," while maintaining the "the highest level of confidentiality".
The list of roles and responsibilities is extensive, detailed under multiple headings including errands, family, social events and branding.
"On a day to day basis you will be involved in scheduling and highly organizing the managers and the families private, social and business calendars, arranging all public appearances, arranging and securing travel arrangements, working on selected business projects and maintaining daily itineraries," the advert states.
Other tasks include organising house refurbishments, producing iPhone apps, watering Defoe's plants, booking spa days and family outings, and "managing and organising" all family members (Sandra, Andre, Chonte and Chase), as well as the family pets.
