Whilst Matt Cardle and all the X Factor rejects were celebrating his win at the end of the ITV show last night, there was one stroppy little teenager who was notably absent from the stage.
It was pretty much a given that Cher was going to finish fourth in the show, and on Saturday night she seemed to take the news pretty well, but oh how wrong we were…
Earlier in the week she reportedly launched a scathing attack on production staff claiming she, ‘didn’t want to win anyway.’ so I'm pretty sure she know she was history… but it didn’t stop her from bragging; “You haven’t seen the last of me, definitely not.” Yeah right. Bye loser.
Anyway, when Matt was crowned the winner, Cher's wacky little face was missing as the other folk showered him with hugs and kisses. In fact, Cher was spotted in the canteen buying a can of Coca-Cola.
And just in case there was any doubt that she was bitter about the result, during the Xtra Factor Simon Cowell said, “Everyone [the contestants] was happy for Matt, apart from one.”
