London-born British singer-songwriter Brooke Law is somebody who finds inspiration from her multi-ethnic family. Eurasian on her maternal side, with mixed Jewish relatives on her paternal side, it’s from the idea of “unity through diversity” which this talented star on the rise is influenced. Writing music from 15-year-old, and now with an exciting new EP on the horizon, Brooke is looking forward to showing the world exactly what she can do with her voice.   1. I have minor OCD… like I have to eat nuts in pairs.
  2. I used to let my pet hamster crawl all over my belly and my face. Since growing up, I hate rodents and can’t even go near a hamster!
  3. My favourite coffee is Pret’s filter.
  4. I used to want to be an Olympic swimmer until I came second in the school gala.
  5. I got an A in maths.
  6. My favourite Disney princess is Ariel from The Little Mermaid.
  7. I think Rachel McAdams is amazing and I’ve never met her.
  8. When I was a kid I fancied Eddie Murphy. I like Chris Hemsworth at the mo.
  9. I love prawns.
  10. I used to pretend I was Xena the warrior princess and once chased my sister around the house with a knife. Yeah, don’t let your kids watch TV.
  11. A camel once urinated on me.
  12. The first song I wrote was about my local bus 307. “Where is my 307 / It’s already past 11”.
  13. I skydived in New Zealand.
  14. I worked as a Nutritional Co-ordinator in Turkmenistan for the Olympic Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games.
  15. I love being on the committee for Million Women Rise.
