Ashley Taylor Dawson still can't dance.
The 'Hollyoaks' actor has been impressing the judges on 'Strictly Come Dancing' - on which he is paired with Ola Jordan - but he has realised his newfound ballroom skills don't get him far in everyday situations.
He said: "I've never been a dancer. When you go out with your mates and have a few drinks, you let loose, but I had an awards show a while ago and realised I've learnt nothing. I still can't dance! I can do professional routines, but that's it."
Ashley has been training hard for the show, as well as working on 'Hollyoaks' and admits his hectic schedule - combined with recently becoming a father for the second time - has left him feeling "deranged", though he is still enjoying every minute.
He added to heat magazine: "It's been an incredible experience. Sometimes it's hard because I feel physically and mentally deranged, but I'm still loving it.
"The hardest thing is grabbing food, I lost nearly two stone in the beginning of the show, I'm like a skinny little rake now."
