Peter Crouch, footballer and husband to 'Strictly Come Dancing' contestant Abbey Clancy's has been teaching her dancing partner just how to do 'the Robot'.
Infamous for his robotic goal celebrations, the sports star has been showing Aljaz Skorjanec how to perfect those same moves to include in the pair's routine on the hit BBC One show.
Tess Daly, co-host of the show writes in her exclusive Yahoo Lifestyle blog: "I'm looking forward to seeing Abbey Clancy and her partner (new Strictly heart throb Aljaz Skorjanec) perform their Waltz as it promises to be hot, hot, HOT to trot!
"Abbey's footballer husband Peter Crouch has been very supportive.
"He regularly turns up to training and I heard he's even tried teaching Aljaz his famous on-pitch Robot! (sic)"
But 'Hollyoaks' star Ashley Taylor Dawson may not be able to dance when the show returns to screens on Friday (27.09.13) as his wife is due to give birth, and Tess admits the 31-year-old actor has become a "nervous wreck" in the lead up to the programme.
She added: "Poor Ashley Taylor Dawson is a nervous wreck! Although it's not because of the dancing - his wife is due to give birth the day before Friday's Live show...eek! (sic)"
'Strictly Come Dancing' returns to BBC One on Friday at 9pm.
