Susanna Reid

Susanna Reid has moments of weakness due to her Strictly Come Dancing commitments.

The 'BBC Breakfast' host admits her tough schedule working on the early morning show - for which she commutes to Salford, North West England, from London - and training for 'Strictly Come Dancing' is beginning to take its toll and her emotions are getting the better of her.She said: "The whole 'Strictly' thing is very intense and your emotions are heightened, so sometimes tears can catch you unawares.

"I've cried many times. I'll be on the train on the way home from Manchester and I'll be listening to Eminem doing a rap and I'll find myself in floods of tears."

However, despite her struggles, Susanna - who is partnered by professional dancer Kevin Clifton - insists she has no regrets for signing up to "magical" 'Strictly' and has completely fallen in love with the show.

She added in an interview with Britain's OK! magazine: "It's been like a magical dream trip, quite extraordinary. I call it Planet Strictly because it's made of sequins and sparkle and all you can smell is fake tan, hair spray and happiness.

"I thought I'd love doing it, but I didn't realise that I'd fall in love with doing it - that it would take over every fibre of my being, my heart, my soul and my brain. I love every single sparkling second of being on the show!"
