WWE NXT is continuing to stomp all over tradition, push boundaries and dare to be different, this week announcing that the upcoming NXT Takeover will be main evented by Sasha Banks vs. Bayley for the NXT Women's Championship, in a 30-minute Iron Woman match.
Triple H took to his social media to announce the news, revealing that the two would battle it out for the gold at the top of the card in Orlando, on October 7.
Sasha and Bayley's most recent encounter saw a change of hands in regards to the title, with Bayley taking home the belt for the first time in a match that was billed as a "co-main event".
Signings news has also been revealed this week, with international superstar Kana joining NXT, officially reporting to the WWE Performance Center later this month.
The new NXT Takeover airs only on WWE Network on Wednesday, October 7.
