Lunch: You have the option of soup or a milkshake. The soup is great to keep you warm and the delicious flavours will leave you wanting more. But then the milshake is perfect if you're on the go - you don't need to worry about heating up the pouch. .

Dinner: These filling meals, again come with some many different offerings there is no chance of repetition through the week and pair them with some fresh vegetables as they'll not only bulk up the meal and make you feel fuller, but you'll also be helping towards your 5 a day.

Snacks: Popcorn, biscuits, fruit bars, there is a whole range to choose from - so pick whichever ones you'll like best. The popcorn bag goes on forever, the first time I tried it, it took three attempts to finish them. They're also perfect to pop in your bag if you're going to the cinema.
