Note: This interview was sent out by Channel 5 as part of a Big Brother: Timebomb press pack.

PRESENT: Why do you want to enter the Big Brother House?

To get away from my daily routine, getting up early for work and getting back late. This came around I saw it as an opportunity to get out of the routine!

FUTURE: What will you do with the money if you win?

I would probably be sensible to be honest. I would definitely get a mortgage and probably a car. Then see if I can do something with the money to invest. And I'll probably go to Vegas!

PAST: Big Brother could make you famous. Would you welcome that attention and what has been your closest celebrity encounter?

I wouldn't quit my job and think I'm some sort of A Lister. I have done a programme a few years ago called Girlfriends on ITV2 and I did win it. Afterwards there were a few people wanting photos and it was nice.

PAST: Which former Big brother Housemate would you say you are most like and why?

I wouldn't say I was a diehard fan but my mum is. Recently I could see myself being like Calum Best. He's a nice guy and he got on with everyone, so I'll be like that.

FUTURE: Are you looking for love in the Big Brother House?

I am single and I wouldn't put it out of the question. I am very wary and I have got a high guard. I won't just jump straight into it.

PAST: What is your greatest achievement?

I am proud of what I have achieved with my demolition work, but that's pretty boring. I have done stuff that I am proud of but I wouldn't go round saying it to big myself up.

PAST: What story from your past will you use to break the ice?

I am quite chatty and I will just talk to people to break the ice. When you think someone is hot I tend to get a bit shy and stuttery.

PRESENT: What do you bring to the House?

I like to think I can be everybody's friend and they can come to me for advice. I feel I can give good advice because of my own life experiences. I feel like I have done it all. I probably haven't but feel like I have. I can give good advice but I tend not to follow my own advice!

FUTURE: What will you do to win?

I am very competitive. I'd love the money. I have played football since I was six and ever since then I have hated to lose. I'd like to think I am a born winner.

PRESENT: What do you love most in huge world and what will you miss in the House?

It probably is just my family and friends. I am really close to my friends and I am with them all the time.

I like to think I am on the path of running my own business. I believe you will never be rich working for somebody else.
