Stefanie made the decision as to who goes in which canoe, she’s definitely the alpha male at the moment

Stefanie Takes Control…And A Dip!
Stefanie, Willie, Dougie and Jess arrived at the edge of the river, deep in the jungle to get into their canoes and row to camp. “I’ve never been in a canoe before” declares Willie.  Stefanie takes control and divides the group into herself/Dougie in one canoe and Willie/Jess in the other.  “Stefanie made the decision as to who goes in which canoe, she’s definitely the alpha male at the moment” smiles Dougie.  Jess hugged Willie and said “I’m glad I’m with you Willie – I like my willie” – they both laugh.
Stefanie took charge with Dougie and told him they needed to row in rhythm.  “I may be a base player in McFly but I actually suck at rhythm” says Dougie.  Stefanie fell immediately into the river as she sat in her canoe and emerged soaking wet.  “I guess that principal didn’t work” says Stefanie, “It looked super easy but it was actually super hard” says Dougie.
They all canoed down the river trying to keep their canoes moving and going in one direction.

Scales Of Justice
With Freddie in the camp, all ten celebrities competed in the first Trial called Scales Of Justice.  The celebrities were suspended in their teams above two tanks which contained fishguts, offal and slime.  In front of each celebrity was a locked box containing two stars on which a key had been fixed.  Guarding  the stars were a variety of jungle critters.  Each celebrity had to get each star out of the box using only their mouths and pass the attached key to their neighbour who would use the key to unlock their box.  The team who unlocked all their boxes in the quickest time would win dinner for the camp – and escape being dunked in the slime.
“I don’t know if I like this” said Willie as he and his team were lowered closer to the sinking water.
Lorraine was first for the yellow team, quickly retrieving her two stars from a box full of slime and mealworms.  Freddie was first up for the blue team, taking more time to undertake the task.   Lorraine passed her key to Crissy who’s box contained yabbies; she passed her key to Antony who unlocked his box of cockroaches; he passed his to Fatima who unlocked her box and finally she passed her key to Mark who unlocked his box which contained scorpions and crickets and finished the task.  Meanwhile Freddie finally got his first star out, but too late to save his team from a dunking.
Not to let the yellow team emerge scott free, Dougie retrieved a handful of fishguts from the tank and threw them at Antony and Fatima landing with a splat on their laps.  Perhaps full stomachs that night might persuade them to forgive him!

Happy Campers
For the next few days, the campmates would remain in their groups competing for food.  At Croc Creek will be Lorraine, Mark, Fatima, Crissy and Antony.  At Snake Rock will be Stefanie, Willie, Jessica-Jane, Freddie and Dougie.  Having won the Trial, the yellow team entered their camp - Croc Creek.  Their fire was lit and they had beds made up for them.  They gave each other a group hug and happily started dinner – wallaby shank with mango and passionfruit salad prepared by camp cook Antony.
Meanwhile, things weren’t so good in Snake Rock.   Willie exclaimed “losing is not very nice” Stefanie added “I’m not very happy.  We smell, we’re tired, we’re cranky.”  Jessica-Jane added that their rations had to last three days, and Freddie who had spent some time releasing the first key blamed himself for losing the Trial.  But Willie told him “You’re a star!”
