Workout as a family this Easter with these suggestions

Did you know that the average Easter egg now contains a whopping 800 calories? If you’re planning to enjoy some tasty treats over the next few weeks, then why not line up some fun activities to help burn those extra calories so you can indulge guilt free.

By this time of year, most of our New Year’s resolutions are just a distant memory, but summer is just around the corner. So if you promised yourself you would get fit and spend more time with your family then why not combine the two?

Water Babies, the UK’s leading baby swim school, has taught tiny pupils as young as two days old. The specialist lessons help children to become water confident at a young age, as well as introducing the potentially lifesaving skill of swimming.  For parents, swimming is a great calorie buster, helping improve general fitness as well as the chance to tone up. In fact, a baby swimming class burns 300 calories a session for mum or dad, equivalent to one Lindt Chocolate Bunny or two Creme Eggs.
