Its the perfect season to start exercising, so why not take a look at our top sports stars, and get the inspiration to get fit again.

Jessica Ennis

Possibly Britain's biggest female success at the Olympics. We all want a bod like Jessica Ennis, so why not use her as inspiration to get fit this summer.

Last year she celebrated a gold medal in the heptathlon, and has since gone on to become one of Britain's biggest sports personalities.

Why not follow in Jess' footsteps and take up running to get into shape this summer.

Victoria Pendelton

Try getting on a bike this summer, and be inspired by this gold medal winner.

Last year, Victoria wowed audiences as she won gold in keirin, as well as recieving a silver medal in sprint.

We think shes perfect for making you get back on that bike and get active.

Andy Murray

This scottish superstar appeared in the olympics last year, and is also set to show his face at Wimbledon.

We think that Andy is the perfect inspiration to get fit this summer, as he will be on your TV screens at Wimbledon!

Why not take up tennis and build up those muscles.

Possibly the most stunning performer at last year's Olympics, Mo won two gold medals and created his signature move, the 'mo-bot', all in the same summer.

Follow in his tracks and run to get active this summer.

Ellie Simmonds

Ellie Simmonds is the most inspiring personality to get you exercising this summer. She won a gold medal in swimming at last years paralympics.

Take a leap out of her book and try swimming, a perfect activity for summer aswell as getting fit.

Bradley Wiggins

Officially named as sports personality of the year 2012, Bradley Wiggins might be the one to get you fit this summer.

Wiggo, and his spectacular sideburns, won the Tour De France last year aswell as the Time Trial at last years Olympic Games.

If Wiggins is your man, then why not take up cycling and aspire to get fit like him.
